Stringed instruments still available on request. Due for some technical reasons momentanely the webshop can not accept orders.  We apologize for inconvience.

Customer rights

We offer for the instruments  (without damages) we provide a 14-day, no-questions-asked, money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchased instrument please return it to our address and you will get a full refund (excluding carrier fees).

 

Trial period:
After you have received your instrument and/or bow, you will have 14 days to try it in the comfort of your own home. We do encourage our customers to seek the opinion of their teacher and fellow players during this period of time.

Warranty:

One-year warranty for the instrumentsand bows.

(Excluding broken instruments, warranty does not cover strings or other accessories)

 

Returns:


If you decide not to keep the instrument and/or bow, you will be responsible for the return shipping. We accept instruments or bows only in new conditions without damages. Before any return  please  call our sales department at

Any information we collect on this website, or that you provide: we do not sell or rent them, and will not be shared with other organizations without your specific consent.

 

Ordering: 

Please fill in the forms, you can buy with regisration or without to registering, you have to give only the name, address and phone number and email.
After a successful process you will receive an email with the details of your order. The goods which aren't in stock  will be delivered within 6-10 days. For stock availability please dial our customer service. If any problems come up regarding the ordering or shipping please contact us:

Payment

All prices are in EUR, include VAT at the statutory rate and are subject to alteration. Following payment are available:


-Cache on delivery: you have to pay to the carrier


-Bank transfer:  in this case please choose in ordering process the bank transfer payment option, the goods will be sent after we have received your payment. The invoice will be sent by e-mail or with the instrument.
